Check in
On day of arrival check in is between 2pm and 10pm. Any time after 10pm must be pre-arranged. To do this please ring on +44 7445800076 or e-mail info@cherryplumapartment.com.

Departures
Check out on day of departure is 10am.

Booking terms
On line or telephone bookings must be secured by using an acceptable valid credit/debit card. A 50% deposit is will be taken on booking which is non-refundable.
The balance will be taken on the day of arrival. If staying 1 night the full payment will be taken on booking which is non-refundable.

We accept most credit /debit cards.

Pets
We do not accept pets, not even in the back of cars. Any one arriving with pets will be refused admittance. However the full amount of money for your stay will be taken.

No smoking
For the comfort and safety of all our guests we are exclusively a non-smoking establishment.

Damage
We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage caused to property or structure of Cherry Plum Apartment. Also anything removed or taken. We will make a charge to the guests credit/debit card or send an invoice for the cost for payment to the guests registered address.

Liability
The liability for guests for their account is not waved and guests agree to be held personally liable for any charges incurred during their stay. In the event of a booking for more than one room (a group booking) the lead or registered guest (a group booking) the lead guest providing credit/debit card details is personally liable for any person, group, company or association that fails to pay all or part of such charges. 

Insurance
We strongly advise that travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
